VOX was Gala Games' flagship NFT collection and the visual anchor of their metaverse strategy. We led the creation of four major series, building a character design system and brand architecture that needed to work across wildly different audiences and IP partnerships including DreamWorks and The Walking Dead. $29.5M in sales, four distinct identities, one system holding it all together.


Standing out in a market flooded with derivative collections
The NFT market was saturated with derivative collections that all looked the same. VOX needed to be fundamentally different, but it also needed to scale. Four series, each with its own personality, all needing to feel unmistakably connected. Add major IP partnerships into the mix, and any weak link in the system would show.

We built a character design system and brand architecture that gave each VOX series its own visual personality while keeping the collection unmistakably unified. The DreamWorks and Walking Dead partnerships required a creative system flexible enough to accommodate major IP without losing VOX's identity. Marketplace presence, collection pages, and individual NFT presentation were all designed as one cohesive brand experience.
