Without a shared design language, new products risked feeling disconnected across wildly different audiences: gamers, artists, fans, investors, and developers. Modular brand system with shared DNA

We structured Gala as a branded house, with a master brand and strategically defined sub-brands across Games, Music, Film, GalaChain, and GalaSwap. A modular design system gave each unit its own voice while keeping the wider ecosystem coherent. Each product line got tailored UX and visual identity, from immersive music experiences to high-engagement game drop pages, all built under one creative roof.
